 4212 OIL CONDITION SENSOR

 Fine and coarse particle contamination is a         major cause of breakdowns in hydraulic and      lubrication oil systems; therefore continuous real-time oil debris monitoring plays a crucial role in developing a predictive maintenance strategy. The 4212 Oil Condition Sensor offers 4 types of measurement outputs and with no specialist knowledge required to analyze the outputs, the sensor offers a low cost of ownership. It allows the end user to identify and thereby eliminate an unplanned breakdown; the oil condition sensor gives a quick and positive return-on-investment.

The Gill 4212 Oil Condition Sensor with Display features the same measurement options as the 4212 Oil Condition Sensor, with an additional local indication display. The local LED display provides a simple red, amber and green light indication of the status of the condition of the machine. 7010 LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR 

our liquid level sensors offer unmatched long term reliability in a variety of harsh environments. Ons-board processing electronics are located within the mounting flange and each sensor offers a fully configurable 0-5V analogue output, compatible with most industry standard systems. All Gill capacitive level sensors are suitable with most fluids including fuel, oil, water, coolant, bio-fuel and other liquid types. With a range of standard capacitive liquid level sensor designs and the ability to produce bespoke sensors in low and high volumes, we can offer reliable level sensing solutions to suit your application requirements.

7010 LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR 

The Liquid Level Sensor is available in lengths up to 2m long and is designed for environments where monitoring of a variety of liquid types is required. The sensor uses solid-state capacitive technology to sense the level of the liquid, with no moving parts, floats or other mechanical linkages to provide excellent long term reliability.Built from 316 stainless steel, the level sensor will provide corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The sensor features SAE 5-Bolt mounting with either 1.125 UNF or 1.25 BSP thread. A flange gasket and O-ring seal are supplied with each unit

It features two output options, analogue voltage or current to suit a variety of applications.

7014 viscous or corrosive liquids and liquids with suspended solids

The 7014 high-viscosity liquid level sensor has been designed to provide reliable and accurate level measurement of fluids that, because of their composition, can prove challenging to measure by conventional sensors
