PLANT INSPECTION AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

Our services on plant inspection and predictive maintenance includes but not limited to inspection on: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries and Power Industries. Detecting storage tanks levels, Sludge, Sand / Sediment Level, Gas turbines and Heat leakage; Inspection of Incoming and Receiving Stations (Switchgears, Distribution panels, Substations, Breakers, Motor control centers), Process (Insulation damage, reformer furnaces, Boilers), Steam traps, valves, etc.

INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY SERVICES

A picture’s worth a thousand words – no matter what part of the electro-magnetic spectrum is used to paint that picture.
Thermography is the use of an infrared imaging and measurement camera to show and measure thermal energy emitted from an object. Thermal, or infrared energy, is light that is not visible because its wavelength is too long to be detected by the human eye; it's the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that we perceive as heat.

APPLICATIONS
This includes but not limited to Electrical, Mechanical, Pipeline and Process equipment inspections.

ULTRASONIC / ULTRASOUND SERVICES

Ultrasonic inspection uses high frequency sound waves to detect imperfections or changes in properties within the materials. It can also be used to measure the thickness of a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials where access from one side only is available.

Magnetic Particle inspection is used to identify surface and near surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron. The technique uses the principle that magnetic lines of force (flux) will be distorted by the presence of a discontinuity. Discontinuities (for example, cracks) are located from the flux distortion following the application of fine magnetic particles to the area under test.

Liquid penetrant inspection uses colored or fluorescent dye to check for surface flaws. PI will not show sub-surface flaws. PI can be used on both metallic and non metallic surfaces such as ceramic, glass, plastic, and metal. PI does not require the part to be Magnetized. Etc.
