O-SECUL Nigeria Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the China Energy Investment Alliance Company Limited for the development of industries in the Power, Agro-Processing (Fertiliser, Ethanol, Industrial Starch etc.) sectors, Gas Processing and Pipelines, and Road Infrastructures within the Aladja Industrial Energy Park.
